Key Responsibilities
  • Manages data and data integrity across systems
  • Acts as Expert User who can approve, validate or reject Master Data maintenance requests
  • Ensures process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization.
  • Ensures that requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly
  • On the job training and coaching for new joiners
  • Resolves any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
  • Is an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Master Data changes.
  • Maintenance & cleansing of Master Data to ensure high quality Master Data is consistently achieved.
  • Ensures process adherence for Master Data, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization.
  • Writes queries in order to identify duplicatesor other errors in Sap database.
  • Continue running the weekly Access process inc. updating 3 spec sheets/Buying lists
  • Amend/Maintain existing rules in Access and Info Stwd
  • Create new views in ACDB or InfoSteward
  • Migrate rules from Access to InfoSteward.
  • Maintain contact with DXC team for support and rules promotion
  • Run specific reports and send them to the business in the agrteed time
  • Update validation tracker and validation reports weekly
  • Optimize queries and rule results
  • Create weekly dashboards based on the generated failures for CA and UK


Skills & Relevant Work Experience
  • Previous experience with data / systems management
  • In-depth understanding of SAP system & Master Data (SAP MM, Customer, Vendor knowledge)
  • Good Excel and Access knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good analytical skills and detail oriented in all tasks carried out
  • Self-motivated and pro-active individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Awareness and understanding of “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks according to the business needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team; process improvement mindset
  • Results driven
  • Very good organizational skills and business understanding
  • SQL medium level.
  • Access database- medium level
