The Optymyze Marketing Nurture team is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager to manage programs supporting the lead life-cycle. The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic, and innovative in their approach in leveraging automation & scoring to nurture leads – progressing the sales funnel by identifying buyer signals from an account level to uncover new business opportunities faster.


The selected team member will work on both creative projects, leveraging Marketo and CRM Dynamics. This role will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and be exposed to all aspects of B2B enterprise solution marketing.

  

This is what you’ve done:


1.      Project Management: You’ve worked with all levels of management and geographically diverse teams. You are a strong communicator who has championed projects to drive them to success.

2.      Marketing Automation: You’ve successfully built, managed and scaled multi-touch integrated marketing programs in Marketo. You have designed, assembled and executed nurture flows for prospects including entry and transition logic and rules, track-specific treatment considerations, and disposition (routing) of prospects that re-enter an active demand state.

3.      Campaign Management: You’ve collaborated with fellow marketing leaders and sales teams to deploy email marketing campaigns that increase response rates, engagement, and drive measurable pipeline.

4.      Measurable Results: You’ve leveraged A/B and multivariate testing to continually optimize impact of campaign efforts. You love analyzing data and using those insights to improve campaign performance.

5.      Database Segmentation: You’ve defined segmentation criteria to manage prospect lists by buyer persona, industry and/or product category for nurture programs. You map and document your nurture strategy, automation processes, programs and procedures.

6.      Process Improvement: You have defined and managed accounting processes and procedures (preferably in the SaaS industry) and found ways to eliminate manual processes (and the human interaction with data that creates errors).
