Marketing Budget Specialist- 1 year maternity replacement

The Finance Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting internal marketing spenders by managing their quarterly and yearly budget.

The candidate will also manage the relationship with the Adobe suppliers.

The Key Objectives Of The Position Are To

Deliver consistent and outstanding marketing budget support across APAC

Ensure that Marketing meets financial deadlines and adheres to policies

Enable spenders to focus more on their job and less on finance related tasks

Responsibilities

Partner with key stakeholders such as Procurement, Finance, AP and Legal to drive process improvements

Review and analyze financial trend and outlook reports

Create PRs on behalf of Marketing

Main point of contact for APAC marketing budget transfers

Work with vendors to obtain invoices

Track status of PRs, contracts and invoices to eliminate delays

PO maintenance including accrual & prepayments

Ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved

Requirements

Must haves

• Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume of requests and providing related Administrative support within a large marketing organization
• Can self-manage time to keep pace with workload
• Outstanding organization & interpersonal skills
• Very good at relationship building, oral and written communication skills
• Motivated, execution-oriented, high performance individual with strong process focus
• Excel skills and basic database tools knowledge
• Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

• Budgets or Financial Management experience
• Familiar with basic accounting processes
• Previous experience with tools such as SAP, Ariba
