Loan Product Manager

CREDEX (part of ALTEX Group) is a company founded in 2005 and has as main activity the intermediation of consumer credits in Altex and Media Galaxy stores recipes from all over the country.

We are looking for an experienced Loan Product Manager, ho can join our team.

What you will do:

• Develop new retail loan products (gathers product and customer requirements, defines the product vision and characteristics);
  
• Analyse the current market trends for similar products;
  
• Elaborate working flows and implement them in norms and procedures;
  
• Prepare reports based on continuous analysis of the product performance and profitability;
  
• Propose new ways to improve the product when the market trend demands it;
  
• Generate requirements for IT to develop workflow and system.
  

What we want you to have: 

• At least 2 years experience as a Product Manager;
  
• Proven experience with retail loans. Experience with mortgage loan products - is a plus;
  
• Working knowledge of applicable laws;
  
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills;
• Good English knowledge & MS Office;
• Initiative and pro-activity;
• Decision-making and responsibility.
