For one of our clients, one of the largest game development global companies, we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who will coordinate all aspects of career and training programmes, acting as a strategic partner for technical Hiring Managers.

What Should You Do
  • Keep an updated real time planning throughout the year with all appraisals;
  • Implement and manage the entire performance review process for various teams, together with hiring managers, in order to achieve business goals;
  • Act as an HR Business Partner when dealing with low performance employees and identify root cause of performance problems;
  • Provides feedback and coaching to team members and also business leaders on HR matters;
  • Implement and coordinate a retention strategy for the entire department he/she will be in charge of;
  • Create training plans in corelation with employees` development and improvement objectives.
Apply Only If You Have
  • A meaningful HR experience (around 3 years of experience);
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point);
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Advanced English (at least B2);
  • Courage to negotiate with different stakeholders (team managers, business leaders, senior professionals);
  • University degree (preferable) in HR/Psychology/Business administration;
  • A very high level of professionalism and diplomacy (you will deal with a lot of sensitive information);
  • Available to travel from time to time to other offices from Romania (all travel expenses are paid by company).
