  • Responsibilities:
  • Installing and configuring networking equipment
  • Repairing and replacing equipment, as appropriate
  • Inventory of laboratory and office equipment
  • Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks
  • Support for local software development teams
  • Create incidents for local IT issues
  • Set up accounts for new users
  • Placing orders through Lenovo tools and creating POs for the needs of ongoing development projects
  • Create customs documentation for import and export of products
    • Mandatory Skills:
  • Working knowledge of IT environments, technologies
  • Basic knowledge of Data Network
  • Practical Knowledge of installing Windows 10/ windows servers
  • Practical knowledge of installing console servers, installing equipment racks
  • Knows Microsoft Excel and Word for doing inventory work
  • Good team player (interfacing with partners and development teams globally), self-motivated, taking ownership of complex problems with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Practical Knowledge of installing Linux Operating system
  • Unix and Linux knowledge at an Operator level
  • VMWare server experience
  • Practical knowledge of installing VMs and installing and configuring the operating systems
