L2 Production Support Engineer
What You’ll Do
You will be part of the production support team who handle our client product issues, having responsibility for handling L2 requests and escalations, interacting with the product team to find the right fix. The issues could be varied and will include troubleshooting the application environment, resolving reported product breaks, assisting with application issues and handling any GDPR compliancy issues or requests. You will be interacting with internal and external customers via the CRM tool, researching, diagnosing and resolving unique, recurring, and non-recurring problems associated with the application, determining the source of problems and classifying their level, priority, and nature. We want you to take ownership of technical issues, and work with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary, documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps and if necessary properly escalating unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (. L3 Support or Technical Deployment.) whilst ensuring the client gets regular updates on their You will also coordinate upgrades and maintenance activities with IT and customers, efficiently managing the incident queue and provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
