To Be Successful In This Role You’ll Need
- University degree (preferably Economics, Commerce)
- Good understanding of the HoReCa business in Constanta
- Sound knowledge about the key success activities for specific HoReCa customers
- Proven capabilities in planning, organizing and managing resources
- Very good specific market knowledge (sourcing, payment terms, critical paths, business mechanics etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Able to think creatively and inspire others to search for options
- Cross functional collaboration ability
- Proven sales professional
- Solid work ethic
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and computer literacy (MS Office)
Join us as Key Account Manager HoReCa and you will be:
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of HoReCa major clients to ensure their loyalty
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Developing and implementing specific customer strategy, service requirements and sales initiatives for HoReCa major customers by segment (Hotels, restaurants, etc)
- Accountable for sales, process management, budget planning, Key Accounts HORECA development
- Operational responsibilities: develop the strategies for the Cash & Carry to approach HoReCa customers by target groups, programs and procedures, customers and employee training, establishing key strategic alliances and providing support to growing networks
- Monitoring KPI’s derived from the company’s strategic goals regarding Key Accounts HoReCa development
