We’re actively looking for results-driven Key Account Manager - Corporate for Bucharest.

They will actively help our clients to build profitable businesses in new and challenging markets transforming their critical challenges into high value opportunities.

Our ideal candidate should be able to use specific software tools and provide reports on sales metrics. You will collaborate with the sales team department to achieve business goals.

 

Responsibilities  

·         Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies etc.).

·         Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies.

·         Reporting sales numbers and marketing metrics.

·         Analyzing business trends according to the needs.

·         Monitor the market and follow current developments.

·         Following business targets in compliance with the objectives.

·         Find prospective customers and new target segments using specific tools.

·         Achieve growth, hit specific targets and tracking relevant KPIs on private-label products and brands.

·         Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

·         Manage daily product sales and support to our partners and customers.

·         Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

·         Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.

·         Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.

·         Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

 

Requirements 

·         Proven work experience as a sales representative in B2B type of portfolio.

·         Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

·         Excellent selling, counselling, communication and negotiation skills.

·         Prioritizing, time management and organizational competences.

·         Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs if needed.

·         Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

·         Reliable, organized, and efficient with a customer-oriented attitude and integrity.

·         BS/BA degree or equivalent.
