The Opportunity:

PricewaterhouseCoopers is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Tax Department as Credit Controller.

Requirements:

  • PC user;
  • Higher education;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Excellent communication skills - assertive and confident;
  • Pro-active, team-player.


Responsibilities:

  • Invoice collection by following up on debtors (phone/mail discussions with clients; internal discussion with Managers and accounting department);
  • Weekly exporting fees from billing software to Excel spreadsheet format;
  • Daily checking of payments progress - input payment in Excel spreadsheet;
  • Checking previous month debts and updating relevant software or any reports with information related to clients follow up;
  • Sending reminders to clients;
  • Dealing with clients requests/complaints related to bills (lost invoices; issuing credit notes; disputed invoices, re-sending invoice);
  • Participating to weekly meetings with Admin Manager to report the collection progress within Tax Department;
  • Creating reports for the Partners and Managers of Tax Department.
