Junior Business & Planning Analyst

Adecco Permanent Placement  is looking for its client, one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world with the Head Office in Bucharest, for a Junior Business & Planning Analyst.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of transactional reports - generating reports from the system, customization, data checks and reconciliations
• Follows up with countries in the sub-cluster (Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova) regarding submission of financial reporting data packs
• Pro-actively develops new ways of analyzing information to provide actionable insight
• Supports the financial forecast and target process
• Helps manage the reporting and forecasting process to the Head Office in line with the agreed instructions
• Ensures control over the discount calculation and settlement process (including validation of credit notes)
• Supports the Financial Reporting and Accounting department with the month end closure
• Acts as a strong member of the Finance team, supporting colleagues with technical tasks
• Raises the level of financial awareness in the organization; continuously work to upgrade the financial discipline and compliance culture; work to create a healthy team environment

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education

• Degree in Business or Finance
• ACCA/CIMA or other post graduate certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years
• Financial planning and analysis / Controlling; Accounting and Reporting are a major plus
• Multinational company
• Pharma, FMCG or Big 4 are a plus
