Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

IT Specialist (Infrastructure) - For An Insurance Company.

Job Location Bucharest, Romania

Essential Technical Skills And Experience In
  • Supporting end user IT infrastructure environment, as well as IT applications on L2 or L3
  • Local network (Cisco Switches and Routers configuration)
  • Laptops/Desktops (Windows operating system) configuration and maintenance
  • IT hardware (printers, telephone, structure cabling)
  • User management and running predefined system batches.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of hardware/network/ application/voice technology related issues
  • Windows server operating system administration, Linux on basic level
  • Active Directory management, VMware (vCenter) configuration and management
  • Ability to work with 3rd party service providers internal or external
Education
  • Master or Bachelor degree, relevant
  • Fluent written and spoken English
Soft Skills Requirements
  • familiar with process oriented type of work – based on ITIL
  • ability to be part of regional project and work in a multicultural environment
  • ability to work in a heavily changing, multitasking environment
  • patience, high level of customer focus and empathy
  • attention to details, work independence, understanding of importance and impact of conducted IT infrastructure changes
