Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop new applications, modules and functionalities for Finance databases
  • Modify existing design to fit unique customer needs and configurations
  • Extend automation, improve sustainability and user experience
  • Manage, streamline, optimize and drive the renewal of IT systems for direct material cost and material margin
  • Understanding of the Finance Material Cost and Material Margin function and the supported business
  • Translate business requests in sustainable processes and systems
  • Coordinate and follow up with the IT team for daily maintenance, specific issues resolution, new development
  • Create systems flow maps and desktop procedures
  • Provide one-off effective solution through ad-hoc analytical tools for quick resolutions
  • Procurement finance’s point of reference for IT and Transformation departments
  • Assist team members and procurement team in checks, corrections, analysis and reporting


YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skill
  • SQL, VBA coding - medium knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  •  Fluency in English
  • A good understanding of Finance Departments workflow and some understanding of financial area
  • A good understanding of Finance related ERPs
  • Some SAP knowledge
  • Creative thinking, problem solving

Other Information:

  • Role entails an international travel time of 10% annually.
