IT Controls and Continuity Officer

Job’s objectives

·         Implement and Perform IT Controls (2 levels), create and implement remediation plan

·         Manage  Business Continuity plan and support IT continuity plan for applications inside company;

·         Do IT risks assessments, remediation/mitigation plans and present relevant information to management;

Description of job roles (tasks / duties)

IT Controls (60%)

·       Execute Group Controls on CE Domains, request and follow remediation/mitigation plans with the concerned teams.

·       Implement local control plans, execute the implemented control plan, request and follow remediation/mitigation plans with the concerned teams.

IT Risks (30%)

·       Execute Regular Risk review on company  domains, create and execute remediation/mitigation plans with the concerned teams;

·       Work Closely with IT Governance in a spirit of continous improvement;

·       Contribute to the company Quality framework;

Continuity (10%)

·       Maintain a continuity plan for the company;

·       Plan and Execute Continuity Exercice on a regular basis, implement resolution of non compliance issues;

·       Support Applications managers during IT Continuity exercice;

Organization

·       Prepare Monthy Status reporting on actions

·       Organize and Manage regular Follow up Committee with Management
