Main Responsibilities
  • Provides advice to the organization on the IT capabilities of implementing business initiatives and facilitates obtaining information needed to make business decisions with IT impact;
  • Analyzes the strategy and business plan of the assisted organization to provide a preliminary input in strategic IT decisions;
  • Participates in the process of business requirement management from defining the requirement to delivering it to the design process of the solution;
  • Provides-- support to the organization to which it is assigned in order to prepare the preliminary phase of the product development process (or any other process of approval and prioritization of budget / resource allocation) on the IT impact area.

Job Requirements
  • Higher education (license) in automation and computers (Mathematics - Computer Science, Cybernetics, Electronics or equivalent) ;
  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, of which at least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, project management or specialist consultancy;
  • Knowledge of project management methodology;
  • Ability to manage and coordinate effort and activities at the level of IT teams and assisted organization;
  • Good abilities of organizing, planning, communication and negotiation;
  • Solid abilities to identify and solve problems in different areas of telecom knowledge;
  • The ability to perform change management within IT teams and assisted organization;
  • English (written and spoken) - advanced level.
