Main Role
  • 1st and 2nd Level support for several topics around the IoT program at the client
  • Support of IoT environments and tools in place (. IoT platform with device and connectivity management, Mobile App, Backend System for Remote Monitoring etc.)
  • Support for service technicians as well as customers of the client

Candidate's Profile
  • English advanced and strong communication skills
  • Experience in IoT platform; ideal GE predix or equivalent
  • Experience of Device and Connectivity management solutions
  • Experience Mobile App based on IOs
  • Experience of Backend Integration with Remote Monitoring based on Microsoft SQL server
  • Support of Linux based Edge devices
