  • Careful planner and with a keen eye for details
  • Easy to interact with and a real team player
  • Trustworthy, responsible and ethical in managing legal and confidential information


    • ...and should have:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – advanced level
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and written)

    You are a great fit if you:

  • Deliver Induction presentations to new colleagues
  • Assist employees with various enrollments
  • Maintain the relationship with various stakeholders (Bookster.ro, World Class, etc)
  • Manage department orders: placing orders, updating the trainings stock, looking for providers
  • Schedule interviews
