HR Reporting Analyst - Big Data Owner

What will your job be about?

• Drive the tactical and strategic analytics and reporting;
• Create a multitude of recurring reports, developing and tracking various KPI’s for multiple teams;
• Prepare Management reports on a regular basis and automate report generation;
• Design interactive reports and analyses with user-friendly controls;
• Formulate conclusions and interpretation of data to be presented to all levels of management;
• Monitor reporting usage and offer recommendations for consolidation.

What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant?

• More than 3 years of experience in a multinational company whitin Big Data Reporting area;
  
• Previous experience in a BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment (represents and advantage);
  
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  
• Organized personality with attention to details, able to work simultaneously on different projects;
  
• Strong strategic analytical skills;
  
• Demonstrated problem solving skills and influencing skills;
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills – ability to interact at all organizational levels.
