What will you be doing?
Lead operations teams, drive process’ reviews, improvements and efficiencies to achieve short, medium and long-term organizational objectives.
Assign tasks to project team members, communicate deadlines and deliverables.
Manage timeliness, schedules, and ensure attainment of deliverable milestones
Identify resources needs, evaluate project team members, and staff project with appropriate level(s)
- Coordinate definition of training needs, plans, materials and deliverables
Coordinate and manage resources including regional counterparts and stakeholders.
- Facilitate discussions on complex topics, collaborate and drive towards solutions
- Manage relationship with global stakeholders such as HR, Recruitment and Employment Legal.
Work with stakeholders to validate project objectives.
- Produce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders
- Act as Regional and / or Global Process Owner for various process areas
- Develops and monitors KPIs. Implements corrective actions when KPIs are not meeting expectations
Lead or participate in projects that will improve people, processes and systems in the global HR Organization by partnering with cross regional and functional teams.
Coordinate project status meetings.
Provide regular status reporting to project team, managers, and leadership team.
Prepare for and participate in quality reviews.
Promote customer excellence and trust through open communication, problem resolution, and feedback.
Candidate’s profile
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and project management skills.
- Strong leadership skills: demonstrated clear vision and strategy for the team; coaching and mentoring: track history of direct reports that have grown into specialists, managers or project managers.
- At least 5 years in leadership. Managing regional / global teams is a plus.
- Has experience in leading remote multicultural teams (cross countries or cross regions) and liaising with various other teams (business, technical, design, etc.) to achieve objectives
- Gets excited about systems, processes and constantly seeks improvement opportunities. Is comfortable in working with multiple applications simultaneously.
- Results oriented and drive to improve process / systems / tools, in line with organizational objectives.
- Demonstrated customer service focus. Understands and handles a complex environment with multiple stakeholders with different demands or views.
- Is used to working in a fast moving environment, quickly adapting to change and new strategy (changes in prioritization, deadlines, approach, etc.)
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills - directly and succinctly - across cubicles, organizational boundaries and cultures
- Excellent facilitator – understand the need to get various parties together to solve an issue or obtain results by facilitating meetings.
- Excellent communication and presenting skills. Experienced in creating and delivering presentations to different audiences and high-level management.
- Excellent attention to details. Demonstrated ability part of process reviews, content of materials / presentations.
- Problem solving skills - ability to quickly understand a problem and identify the best solution to it.
- Excellent planner: understands priorities and effectively manages workload and projects to meet objectives.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed for global time zones.
- Knowledge and / or experience in HR Operations is a plus.
- Experience with third parties / external vendors is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree
Experience:
Min. 5 years leadership experience in a multicultural environment
Experience or / and knowledge in HR is a plus.
Other
Experienced in Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work with complex data and summarize it in high-level power point presentations
Oracle HR E-Business Suite
Oracle Human Capital Management or similar tools
