Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar corporate environment
  • Excelent Language Skills ( German & English)
  • Diagnostic / Analytical skills - - skills usually related to complex problem-solving of major business problems, which requires the logical examination of situations, interpretation of unusual conditions and formulation of conclusions (. interpretation of business forecasts and trends).
  • The ability to complete tasks independently, and perfome as part of an ongoing project or work group. Work is not directly supervised, but is reviewed through status reports or feedback from other managers, attainment of objectives, and effectiveness of results.

Job description

Role Summary: This role supports the end to end compensation process and is responsible for analytical and modelling activity in support of design and development, setting up the country system, managing country payrolls and providing intelligent data for management teams.

The role has International scope supporting all lines of business, accountable for managing a compensation budget for both direct and indirect sales, delivery and operational roles assigned to Incentive plans.
This role may be required to provide consultative support internally and externally when required.
