Head of Property

The Head of Property is accountable for leading, directing and managing a multi disciplinary team in:

• Successful execution of day to day operational management of all property activities across the country’s property estate. Success to encompass meeting financial targets and “value” criteria whilst delivering a quality employee experience (& customer experience for retail properties)

• Achieving efficiency targets for building utilisation and density of occupation

• Developing and delivering the OpCo property strategy, whilst ensuring coordinated and integrated actions within the Property team.

• Acting as an active single point of contact with Group Property

• Through the successful management of the OpCo Property Team experts, identifying and delivering improvements to support and facilitate people’s effectiveness and to promote a collaborative and productive work environment designed to deliver the business objectives with improved efficiency throughout OpCo.

• Leading the creation of business cases, financial planning and modeling for the OPCO Property function in conjunction with OPCO Finance, ensuring financial strength and operating efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in a recognised Property discipline e.g. Real Estate, M&E, Building Services, Property construction, Architecture

• Proven Commercial Acumen essential

• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
