Role Scope
- In charge with Cash Lending Network Development and Sales Support
- Responsible for overseeing activities of Cash Lending teams: sales process optimization, sales process quality & internal controls, sales incentive schemes, sales operational process improvement incl. training delivery, sales teams activity reporting & operational flows
- Built cross-functional relationships to enhance sales channels and overall company performance (Sales, Finance, Product Marketing, Customer Care, Legal, Procurement & IT, Operations)
- Network operational & sales team support
- Design and properly document customer service processes, by developing sales and operational related procedures to enable implementation of key metrics and ensure quality controls within the allocated sales network
- Improved efficiency through clear streamlined processes, radically improving sales force efficiency, increased productivity and enable monitoring of network activity
- Facilitate that CL Network is executing policies and procedures by making sure proper communication flows, training and internal controls are available. Support roll-out of new policies and business process national wide to support implementation within the network
- Select and evaluate new “go to market” strategies and highlight consequences for the market and sales organization.
- Reduced operational errors through establishing clear accountability, process efficiency by improved interdepartmental work flows (with Product Marketing, Call Center, Operations and any other support function key departments)
- Coordinate all TBI Group projects that are dedicated to sales distribution channels
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive projects in addition to people management responsibilities
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and improves area-of-control for all operational processes to ensure optimum performance and practice consistency, including monitoring all compliance related activities.
- Develop and implement controlling parameters & raise compliance awareness at the network level by developing compliance assessments, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Ensure infrastructure for communication within the Sales Organization (sales force, credit offices, headquarters).
- Leads communication and needs analysis on product offering and pricing by liaising with Product Marketing department and ensure proper deployment and monitoring of Products and Customer Campaigns in the network
- Budget spend tracking, accrual management and performance against target analysis
- Complete control and management of regional operational activity by working directly with RSMs
- Build process improvement framework to ensure all sales network obstacles are tracked, managed and controlled&communicated to Head of Cash Lending
- Responsible to accommodate any sales performance reporting on topics that include but are not limited to sales performance, TPD, Sales force performance and target setting, campaign management efficiency
- Support network optimization initiatives (: build new network structure, including sales office location, new sales force structure)
- Propose marketing strategies that assist the RSM in promoting network Financial Products
- Provide quality assurance for through ongoing evaluation of produced materials and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead the sales support team members (incl Help desk) to make sure sales reporting, operational support is managed properly. Overseeing the daily roles and supporting ongoing project work for any initiatives that aim to support Sales force activity and network efficiency
- Manage sales performance forecasting both internally within the team and externally to key departments and HR
- Responsible to control bonus payment management, sales force contest and recognition programs, following defined criteria
- Participate actively to create, manage and report, key department metrics to offer support to Department Head in managing the team effectively and in alignment with the goals of the Division Support sales teams and field management through analysis/research of targets and performance, training, communication and presentations
- Experience in sales team management and sales channel development. Previous experience in dealing with Internal Controls and process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate sales skills, managerial experience, leadership, teamwork, and supervisory skills.
- Good communication & presentation skills (incl English skills)
- Previous experience in providing nationwide channel support improving customers service levels, monitoring and improving operational flows, overseeing internal controls
- Excellent planning and organizing abilities, including attention to details
- Proactive & positive attitude, innovative thinking
- Result oriented individual and oriented to achieving customer satisfaction
