Head Of Media

The CBG (Consumer Business Group) is hiring! We are looking for a Head of Media to cover the following task:

• Build media strategy of product listing and manage campaigns, give professional media strategy advice according to the local market, HQ and regional strategy, control media budget , ensure maximum efficiency of the budget.
• Manage media operation and ensure maximum efficiency.
• Run analysis of reports of competing brands, media environment and consumer media habits. Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw customer’s attention.
• Analyze media data to perform ongoing optimizations and forecast the results.
•  Cooperate with other marketing functions in product-launches: planning and execution.
• Support to sales department in assessment of co-promotions plans (media plans/investments size etc.)

• Coordinate media calendar to ensure always-on high quality communication of key products.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ experience on media, advertising and brand consulting with  large advertising agencies or international brands;
• Understand Romania media status, and have relevant experience in media management; 
• Skilled at using all kinds of means to communicate, with excellent integrated marketing ability;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Very Good English in speaking, reading and writing;
• Good MS Office skills.
