We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Human Resources, a proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively influence, integrate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.

The responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies with focus on implementing or/and developing the HRIS tools.


 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages; performance review procedures, establishing the best according to the company’s objectives.
  • Monitor HR department’s budget and act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues and facilitate employees’ grievances.
  • Contribute to the organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization culture, thinking and direction.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact and risks.
  • Accomplishes special projects results by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
  • Guides management and employee actions, objectives and KPIs by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • Complies with state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • This role will oversee the design, delivery, and administration of the HRIS systems
  • Proactively partners with the IT team to support HRIS configuration, upgrades, and business initiatives.
  • Responsible for the input, implementation, and identification of problem areas for all HR transactions and service delivery processes and recommends solutions.
  • Assists with the development of reports from automatic HR systems involving employee data including but not limited to: hiring & selection, turnover, performance, pay, employee engagement, skills etc.
  • Consults to determine user needs, reporting requirements, and areas where procedures need streamlining in a high-growth environment.
  • Oversees analysis of HRIS data and develop presentations to communicate findings on HRIS metrics, trends, and variances.
  • Serves as a leader for all projects involving HR data, system changes, and implementation of new software and developing of the existing ones.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.



Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management
  • 5+ years management experience in HR
  • Experience in managing and / or implementing multiple HRIS related projects
  • Strong knowledge within Microsoft Office Suite, deep expertise within Excel
  • Experience with surveys, knowledge tests platforms
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
