Requirements
Professional experience
- Advanced professional in the system/business analysis in a complex environment, preferably banking area - senior level;
- Excellent understanding and implementation methods of business analysis principles, processes and techniques
- Extensive professional expertise in the banking area ;
- Relevant professional expertise in managing business/system analysts teams;
- Experienced in large and complex IT projects – coordination position within the project team is an advantage
- Experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems and make decisions
- Certification in business analysis – it is a major advantage
- Very good level of English language - writing, listening, reading
- Strong MS Office skills

- Strong consultative and advisory skills
- Able to maintain good relationship within department/Division and with the other units of the Bank
- Willingness to work in a collaborative environment - ensure work with team members in order to build and sustain the activity of the department

Responsibilities
Professional responsibilities
- Run end- to-end business/system analysis process – gather business requirements, translate the business requirements into functional requirements, develop test plans, coordinate testing process (internal and user acceptance tests) and roll out to production, monitor the post go live phase;
- Assist and support the business analysts in their activities and projects related tasks - gather requirements and help build and document specifications for development;
- Monitor the activity of the functional support area by defining, implementing and monitoring KPIs;
- Work, together with his/her team, with the business units (initiator of the request) to demonstrate the changes to the system and operational process, as defined, ensure that all relevant business needs are addressed;
- Analyze all aspects of department existing practices and procedures and define proposals for improvement.
Managerial responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of a team of 16 business/system analysts and banking officers
- Responsible for team development, performance goal-setting, management and evaluation reviews
- Responsible for ensuring a high quality and continuous improvement of the business/system analysis end- to-end process
- Assign and prioritize tasks within department
- Monitor and communicate activities/projects successes and risks
- Provides advisory support and assistance to the people from his/her department in running the activities and various projects responsibilities
- Follow and monitor project schedules in order to ensure coordination with internal/external customers and projects teams
