We are currently looking for a smart, determined and customer-oriented Recruiter to join our Global Service Center in Bucharest.

The ideal person will manage a high volume of end-to-end recruiting processes including writing job descriptions, talent acquisition, sourcing, screening candidates, setting up interviews, and conceiving job offers.

He/She will also have the opportunity to develop in the following HR functions:

• Onboarding & integration;
• Career path and performance evaluation;
• Supporting the internal exit process;
• Assuring support for events organizing as well as for recruitment services providers and platforms maintenance.
