For its Finance Team, located in Cluj-Napoca, Endava is looking for a dedicated Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner who will work closely with DU Managers and will be responsible to:

· Prepare analysis and reports of financial monthly results

· Conduct variance analysis, cost and property modelling and forecasting

· Provide reports on operational KPIs

· Prepare annual budgets

· Manage salary and headcount forecasting

· Utilization analysis

· Support Group FP&A with annual budgets and other ad-hoc analyses required

Match your profile

· Previous experience on a similar position

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Strong analytical, numerical modelling skills

· Negotiation skills and strong conflict management

· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian

· Oracle knowledge (Smartview, PBCS, Oracle BI, Hyperion) for financial analysis/forecasting activities

· Experience with Payroll Accounting and/or Salary modelling

· CIMA, ACCA or equivalent certifications would be a plus
