Job Description

Our client is one of the international leaders in the construction industry, based in Germany, with a rich history in this field.
Due To Our Customer`s business expansion we are now looking for a highly motivated professional to join the Company.
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller’s key responsibilities are
  • Month closing activities;
  • Preparation and presentation of financial reporting information, in line with structured deadlines and in accordance with US GAAP;
  • Managing the budget set-up and forecasting process;
  • Providing monthly reports to management on P&L, DSO, Budget position, cash flow etc.;
  • Analyze differences between actual and forecasted figures, identify trends and define action plans to achieve the business targets;
  • Assist in the process of external and internal audits.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics field;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience on similar roles;
  • Experience in the international, multi-divisional and group reporting environment;
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of (inter)national accounting principles;
  • High level of Excel competency and knowledge of an ERP software (eg SAP, Oracle);
  • Excellent analytical; very good planning and deadline oriented;
  • Dynamic and proactive behavior, sense of taking initiatives.
