Duties And Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring reporting of functional metrics is achieved, serve as a first escalation point for reporting questions.
  • Support Global Finance Process Shared Services function when necessary
  • Support Global Finance Process Shared Services Management for reporting and financial analysis.
  • Project Management responsibilities Project FIT and any future project initiatives of the Global Finance Process Shared Services
  • Perform credit review by analyzing financial statements, trade references, bank credit reports and industry conditions to evaluate customer credit worthiness, proposing customer credit limits and payment terms.
  • Monitor Credit Risk for customers’ base through gathering of information from rating agencies, internet, financial newspaper, etc.
  • BAF Database Training & Maintenance/Administration Perform A/R forecasting exercise.
  • Communicate Forecast with FP&A, Local Finance Controller and Customer Financial Services team.
  • Review results and explain variation.
  • Create and maintain customer master information (finance part) in SAP
  • Ensure compliance with both Corporate and SBU policies & procedures.

Skills / Experience

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4 years experience in financial area (credit risk management / collections experience desirable)
  • Good knowledge of collections and payments process
  • Excellent English skills – written + verbal
  • Strong MS Office skills, SAP knowledge desirable (including reporting/query development
    knowledge in SAP)
  • Goal-oriented, good analytical & organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks to tight deadlines

Desirable Skills / Experience
  • Microsoft Access knowledge is an advantage
  • Project management experience desirable
  • Financial Statements Analysis Experience and/or Training
