Finance/Accounting Analyst with Russian (contractor role)

Job description for: Finance/Accounting Analyst with Russian (contractor role)
Department: Credit and Collections EMEA

Responsibilities:

 Invoicing for Russian stripes for different lines of business, in different global and local accounting systems.
 In charge with generating invoices and related supported documentation, documents correction, reconciliations, payment registrations, closing activities, maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders involved in invoicing process for Russian stripes.
 Supports Collections and Sales teams with required analysis and documentation, closing information and Sales book update.
 Advanced Excel skills is a must, macros are heavily used for core activity.

 Preparing quarterly reports (Sales Book) 

 Work closely with operation leaders as business partners and offering finance support

Requirements:

I. Experience: Equivalent experience minimum 6-12 months
II. Education: Undergraduate degree, preferably from a business school.
III. Abilities/Qualifications:

 Written and oral command of English and Russian languages.
 Any other European language would be a plus.
 Written and oral business communication skills.
 Works to completion, results oriented
 Understands priorities and can organize his/her time accordingly
 Computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Oracle applications)
 Advanced Excel skills is a must, macros are heavily used for core activity.
 Ability to work in teams and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on shared objectives
 Quick to recognize situations where change is needed and skilled at driving change
 Able to understand complex and very dynamic processes
