Field and Channel Marketing Manager- Italy

The Bitdefender Field and Channel Marketing Manager -Italy will be part of the Marketing and Communications group to help accelerate the growth of its Enterprise unit. As a member of the Bitdefender marketing department, the FCM Manager will develop and execute marketing communications campaigns and programs that will help to accomplish short and long term goals and strategies including lead generation, increased sales through new and expanded business, profits, and market share with focus placed on needs of at least two key areas. This position will require the development of new capabilities to drive acquisition through B2B adequate communication channels by leveraging existing industry knowledge, programs and platforms, refined for the Bitdefender context.

The right candidate must fully understand and have experience with co-marketing programs with alliance partnerships and strategic accounts, along with core competencies in generalized marketing programs and corresponding metrics available to meet the business goals. The position will take projects from concept through completion and will be responsible for demand creation and lead generation, end-user campaigns through digital marketing campaigns, and social marketing campaigns, content marketing, advertising, sponsorships, tradeshows, list buys, partnerships, field enablement, channel development and other appropriate channels targeting the Large Enterprise and SME markets.

The role reports to the Senior Manager Field and Channel Marketing - WW Enterprise Marketing and will involve continual market analysis and optimization of the strategy to meet key performance indicators.

• Develop, implement and monitor Channel Marketing Plan and the corresponding budget required to achieve all business objectives;
  
• Ensure that all marketing initiatives are agreed with Bitdefender channel partners, implemented, monitored and evaluated continuously;
  
• Manage internal cross functional projects and coordinates internal resources and teams to guarantee that all marketing initiatives are implemented according with the project plan;
  
• Monitor the ROI for each marketing initiative in order to maximize the output of the channel marketing budget spending’s;
  
• Collaborate with the Bitdefender channel partners, with sales teams, with online & communications teams in order to identify strategic opportunities to run integrated marketing campaigns;
  
• Campaigns optimization according with key performance indicators evolution;
  
• Facilitate training and enablement activities, adapting the communication channels, promotions and training programs to the regional and local requirements;
  
• Active role in developing and implementing locally the Enterprise regional marketing strategy with the purpose to create demand, lead generation and targeted end-user campaigns addressing the Large Enterprise and SME markets in Italy;
  
• Support and ensure consistency of Bitdefender’s Enterprise identity and brand in all communications materials in Italy.
  
• Work with marketing team and alliances and strategic accounts team to establish marketing communications plans and budgets focused on enterprise goals and strategies.
  
• Plan, coordinate, implement and manage marketing communications programs. Programs may include marketing collaterals, direct marketing, multi-media, trade shows, web activities, sales and launch kits, social media, educational programs, etc.
• Manage projects and, when appropriate, execute campaign elements including media plans and placement, database management and list selection, etc.
• Develop effective metrics to track campaign ROI; communicate campaign ROI to relevant teams and make adjustments to future campaigns based on results.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and status reports for campaigns, programs, and projects.
  
• Work with creative resources to kick off and discuss projects.
• Analyze prospects, customers, and market drivers/trends to make recommendations regarding promotional strategies.
