Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls regarding product problems, service questions and general client concerns
Maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level

Requirements

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good Knowledge of computers & modern technologies
Candidate must have European nationality
High school diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
