In case you were wondering what your responsibilities will be...
· You will be active in the development of the customer satisfaction program, contribute to setting up principles, methods and instruments to evaluate the satisfaction of bank customers, but also to continuously adapting the program to better meet the needs of the customers;
· You will define a system of monitoring indicators for customer satisfaction and you will monitor their evolution; will design complex quality and quantity analyses regarding customer perception contributing to fully understanding end-to-end experiences and set up action plans, together with responsible departments, to increase the quality of client interactions;
· Will provide support to relevant Bank structures in interpreting the results of the studies on satisfaction and on identifying aspects that can be improved;
Candidate profile:
Here are the minimum criteria you should have in mind while applying:
- University studies finalized with a diploma;
- Experience in direct relation with clients of at least 3 years as well as minimum 1 year in the field of customer experience, preferably in the banking field;
- Economic knowledge, especially in the banking system, marketing and market techniques would be a plus;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- IT knowledge: MS Office, Excel data base, etc;
- Foreign languages: English and / or French – advanced level;
- Customer oriented, particularly in understanding the client’s needs;
- Attention to details and very observant to details.
