Experienced Business Analyst - MIS & Reporting

- Act as single point of contact for business users ; 

- Create and maintain the business documentation of MIS reports; 

- Participate in UAT phase; 

- Participate in reports design and review proposed solution to ensure it meets accuracy,     performance, usability and business requirements; 

- Propose and implement methods to monitor, control and improve the reporting activities;        - Perform analysis of new requirements and propose solutions for implementing  them;                  - Propose solutions and participates to the parameterization of the Bank applications and software, in order to meet the requirements; 

- Maintain and improve the existing Business Intelligence solutions for reporting; 

- Use reporting Business Intelligence software applications and databases in order to achieve business information requirements; 

- Provide opinion on reporting impact of projects. 

 Job requirements:

- University degree in Economics or IT field ; 

- Fluent English, both spoken and written; 

- Good knowledge of banking activities and of banking software applications; 

- Good knowledge of business analysis principles; 

- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus; 

- Agile, thinking out of the box;

- Very good communications skills; 

- Proven ability to coach junior business analyst; 

- Very responsible person, independent but also team worker, quick learner, innovative, able to meet tight deadlines for regular or on demand requirements;

- Banking experience in a similar position or in performing similar tasks; 

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a related area.
