Executive Management Assistant

ROLE

You will be working alongside the CEO on both day-to-day and strategic topics, acting as a strategic partner. You will have a high level of exposure to senior stakeholders within the different Altex entities and functions, overseeing and contributing to special projects within the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a key liaison support of the CEO to the Management Team
• Monitor and analyze internal financial and operational KPIs and recommend measures to constantly improve them
• Contribute to strategic/ transformation/ special projects within the company and support project management efforts for strategic initiatives
• Track ongoing strategic initiatives in the company, follow up on progress, anticipate roadblocks and proactively identify solutions to overcome them
• Inform on status of strategic initiative the CEO/ Management Team
• Fulfil project management role for selected strategic projects/ initiatives
• Exhibit sensitivity, openness and support department and organizational strategies, policies, practices and processes fostering a collaborative work environment
• Conduct business analysis and review business data
• Prepare presentations and draw up reports as needed

PREREQUISITES

• University degree
• Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal
• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, displaying in-depth knowledge of the retail sector, sound understanding of technological trends and proven project management skills
• Min. 2 years in a management consulting role are preferred
• Min. 1 year in the retail sector are preferred
• Proven proficiency in change management processes driven by you
• Strong team & time management, as well as organization skills
• Concise & persuasive communication skills
• Exquisite data-analysis abilities and proven data-driven decision-making modus operandi
