Energy Consultant

Your function

• You participate in projects, motivate, and manage project teams of consultants.

• You elaborate integrated consultancy reports.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the budget, the timing and the quality of the consultancy are executed as required. You will make sure that the projects assigned to you are executed in accordance to our quality system and our H&S rules.

• You respond to the requirements and needs of the client.

• You participate in offers preparation and negotiation, by case.

• You aim for sustainable and efficient solutions and you promote innovation.

• You work together with colleagues, external partners and clients in a constructive way.

• You have an international mindset and collaborate with our offices abroad for certain tasks and take the necessary actions to guarantee the required quality of the projects.

Your profile

• Technical (engineer) background: University “Politehnica” Bucharest, preferably Power Engineering Faculty or similar;

• Economics background considered as an asset;

• At least 3 years’ activity in energy consultancy projects, with a broad scope, due diligences;

• Expertise in consultancy related to energy efficiency, district heating, energy strategies and policy at central, local, regional level, pricing policies, market studies, etc.

• Experience in financing studies;

• Experience in international consultancy;

• Good experience in increasing awareness, information dissemination, training related to energy efficiency and renewable;

• References with IFIs, public clients, private clients;

• Good communication skills – both written and oral;

• Very good writing skills for reports and PPT presentations;

• English proficiency is a must, French is preferable;

• Ability to work efficiently in an international environment;

• Organizational skills;

• Problem solver, flexible;

• You are willing to make international trips for our international collaboration and international projects.

• Mobility by car is necessary so an international driving license “B” is required.
