eMail Marketing Strategist

Purpose of the Role

You will be the owner of our retention strategy, across email and push, for all our product categories. If you are very experienced in eMail marketing within a retail environment and love the online environment and the tech industry, you are the one we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and oversee the retention strategy across email and push channels to meet marketing KPI goals
• Drive product registrations to increase our loyalty & retention base
• Take ownership of the company CRM database and maximize database growth through dedicated campaigns
• Build and refine event-based triggers and lifecycle messaging across entire customer lifecycle
• Develop and orchestrate the methodology to measure acquisition, retention and loyalty goals
• Work closely with corporate marketing & product managers, as well as European teams to develop audience segmentation strategy for retention purposes
• Design & implement the methodology to qualify and personalize the experience for the identified audiences
• Manage local and international agencies to manage all campaigns, from creative content to segment implementation, campaign delivery and results monitoring
• You are expected to travel from time to time on job related business trips in Europe

Hard Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience in retention strategy design and implementation via email and push marketing in Retail, Telecom, Electronics and/or eCommerce;
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tool; experience in working with various online KPIs and correlating them with overall business performance
• Experience in working with Adobe Suite is a plus;
• Ability to understand online consumer behavior and to take decisions based on analytical data;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
