Job Description

▪ Answer the questions regarding the order form, in case Group Executive Management or Business Partners need help.
▪ Act like a Quality Gate regarding the Order Form
▪ Fill in the necessary report
▪ Check availability of the international moderators within DIA team and if necessary, the availability of the external vendor
▪ Negotiate the time slot with the requester
▪ Contact the external vendor
▪ Book rooms and catering
Send the results received from the external provider to Hiring Manager and to the requester

Advanced English language knowledge (oral and written)
