What is 3V?

With the increasing demand for individualized coupons, having real-time coupon and voucher redemption that can be traced back to a campaign and individual purchase – is essential. So here comes 3V, which is a centralized solution for vouchers and coupons management. The solution integrates a centralized coupon repository system into the harmonized application landscape. 3V permits multichannel issuing, handling and redemption of coupons and vouchers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling environment configuration/customizing

System architecture

Operations concept

Housekeeping of application

Providing support for Project Management

Providing technical/functional Second Level Support

Release Rollout

Providing UAT support

Application Installation and Environment Management (creation, operation, deletion)

Design, implementation and maintenance of monitoring scripts, deployment/installation tools, file transfer scripts

Problem Management and daily business

Documentation

Automation

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Good knowledge of Linux, SQL and PL/SQL
• Good understanding of applications at a functional and technical level
• Experience with concepts of application server based products (system configuration/management)
• Experience with concepts of queue messagingWorking knowledge of scripting languages (example: ksh, Python etc.)
• Excellent planning, prioritization and project/time-management skills
• Ability to work both independently as well as having good team skills
• Understand customer business requirements, in order to provide analysis and recommendations for a successful product implementation
• Focus on customer support and the ability to build working relationships with clients
• Trouble-shooting skills and proactive attitude towards problem solving
• Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations
• Must be fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• Willingness to work on call duty
