The Global Training Lead will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective live, on-line and/or recorded training, and will improve the proficiency of Global Renewals team members in these areas. The Lead will set documentation standards and conventions, and edit content generated by others for accuracy, consistency and effectiveness. The Lead will work with varied subject matter experts to create and maintain training materials that convey the material in a concise, effective way. They will also coordinate all aspects of the new hire experience across global locations. Remote worker OK, if reside in Massachusetts or Northern Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify best training practices across the enterprise and industry and assist in their adoption
- Foster a continuous improvement mind set and global focus throughout the Renewals team and promote adoption of new ideas
- Create clear and simple process and/or training documentation with a reader-focused mind set
- Lead the generation of on-line content that engages staff and leads to measurable action
- Develop and maintain high quality job aides and training collateral to support Renewals team
- Develop cross-organizational business relationships and integrate training activities across teams
- Mentor other Renewals team members to enhance proficiency of training collateral compilation and training delivery
- Facilitate change management practices across Global Renewals
- Identify and satisfy local adjustments needed for effective learning in each country
- Formulate and execute training curriculum to optimize learning process and implement change
- Develop business relationships and collaborate closely with other teams to meet shared goals
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities and resources for training initiatives
- Communicate any training issues including timing, budget, resources, score, or more to management team
- Propose tools and methods to be employed in the curriculum development and training delivery
- Track and assess the level of engagement with deployed training materials
- Administer training library and related revisions, tracking updates and working with change board for approvals
- Minimum 10 years business experience the areas of business process, business applications, and/or training delivery
- Proven continuous improvement focus in prior roles
- Global travel as required, not to exceed five trips per year
- Undergraduate degree in relevant area
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and Visio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English
- Advanced influencing & leadership skills to direct cross-functional resources & resolve conflict
- Results focused, detail oriented, and the ability to transform ambiguity into clarity
- Strong customer-focus combined with services/renewals business acumen
- Ability to evaluate problems, challenge norms & identify & drive innovation
- Strong planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to simplify complex topics and processes for sharing with teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Training in the business analysis, quality, and/or training delivery disciplines
- Experience with business applications design and/or development
- Advanced degree in business administration or other relevant area
- Experience with SharePoint, e-learning tools, and/or comparable collaboration tools
