Requirements

Customer service experience (would be an advantage);
English level C1/C2 and other languages at C1/C2 level mandatory;

Good verbal communication and listening skills;

Ability to navigate a computerized information system;

Ability to work under pressure;

Sensitivity and professionalism to effectively manage pressurized situations.

Responsibilities

Answer all the incoming calls received from the customers;

Provide support for solving the customers’ demands, such as directions to hospital, hotel rooms booking etc.
