Job description:

Customer Experience Management. TMForum defines customer experience as the result of the sum of observations, perceptions, thoughts and feelings arising from interactions and relationships between customers and their service provider(s). Heavy Reading defines a CEM system as having collection of data, ability to model and analyze this data, and ability to do something about the derived metrics. In Huawei, the key focus of CEM is to emphasize the move from insight (reports & analytics) to actions. The actions based on insight are tightly linked to business processes.

CEM Maintenance engineer is responsible for overseeing the CEM (customer experience management) system design, deployment, and maintenance.

Basic knowledge:

1. Have basic knowledge of core network and wireless network. Have a basic command of the customer's O&M network architecture. Have general knowledge of core network and wireless network architecture and service processes.

2. Have a basic command of knowledge about network protocols, data communication, and cyber security, and have practical experience in related projects.

3. Have general knowledge of basic principles of databases. Have a basic command of SQL syntax and SQL logic optimization. Have experience in database application development and O&M.

4. The CEM/SQM/OSS/BSS R&D background is preferred.

Position knowledge:

1. Have a basic command of industry standards such as CEM, eTOM, ITIL, and NGOSS. Be able to effectively apply and comply with standards in business and solution design.

2. Have a basic command of the software development process. Have a good command of the IPD/IPD-S process. Have a basic command of key delivery activity management and quality management during product development.

3. Have a basic command of the fusion stage and fusion sphere architectures. Have O&M experience in fusion stage and fusion sphere.

4. Have the Hadoop, IQ, and Spark performance tuning capabilities and database maintenance capabilities.

5. Have a basic command of the industry trends and development trends in the domain. Have general knowledge of the competitiveness of mainstream CEM products and solutions in the industry. Have the ability to plan and design solutions. Be able to plan competitive products or solutions.

Other Qualifications:

·   Bachelors Degree or above in wireless, microwave, radio transmission, antenna, communications and electronics, or related fields

·   Ability to implement and supervise optimization project. Person who has relative project experience is preferred

·   Over 3 years’ experience in telecom preferred

·   Fluency in English

·   Able to travel for business depending on project requirement, no more than 6 months per year.
