Culture Design & Employees Engagement Specialist

This position requires the development of instructional design for learning content as well as the direct responsibility to coordinate and facilitate training sessions, CSR campaigns and employees` engagement actions.

• Create a structured internal communication strategy
• Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy
• Develop high quality internal events across a range of themes, including leadership and incentive events and solidarity activities
• Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal form and regular consultation with business managers
• Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
• Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level
• Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programs is becoming increasingly important
• Develop effective induction programs
• Produce training materials for classroom and on-line courses
• Monitor and review the progress of employees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Evaluate training and development programs
• Help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
• Have a good understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
• Maintain and update internal and external training materials on hosted LMS
• Assisting the company in developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
