Description
  • Member of DTSE Chance & Risk Management Team, part of the Compliance Services & ICS (CSI) Department (a corporate governance department with internal controls, compliance, data privacy, security, contract management and risk). Department team is located in Bratislava, Brno, Bucharest and Cologne.
  • Reporting administratively to CSI Manager DTSE RO and functionally to Chance & Risk Manager of DTSE Group.
  • Setup, Implementation, Optimization of Chance & Risk Management in local offices and involvement into different projects concerning the areas of the CSI department.
  • Execution and improvement of the relevant Chance & Risk Management processes:
  • Support local management within Chance & Risk Management procedures
  • Communication/ training of the Chance & Risk Management processes
  • Evaluation of defined Chances & Risks and push for adequate measures
  • Analysis of Chance & Risk potential of processes, projects and organizations
  • Execute regular update of defined chances, risks, measures
  • Monitoring of deviations and escalations
  • Escalation of performance items/ issues, non-progress of tasks or non-progress of measures
  • Preparation of Chance & Risks reports
  • Quality Management of the provided deliverables & information:
  • Quality checks, failure and deviation management
  • Identifying and implementation of quality improvement measures
  • Consolidation of Chances & Risks and proposal of measures to manage cross-organizational Chances & Risks:
  • Consolidation of planning inputs, reporting inputs, Chance & risk management inputs to current organizational/ project status
  • Validation of dependencies
  • Deduction of consequences and appropriate measures
  • Proposal of measures towards Chance & Risk Owner
  • Preparation, organization, operation and documentation of:
  • Chance & Risk analysis & updates
  • Business Reviews
  • Counterpart & sparring partner for:
  • Stakeholder & Management team
  • Project manager
  • Team member
  • Additional tasks according actual requirements of the CSI Dept.
Required Skills Qualification
  • Experience in:
  • International Shared Services: Finance, Human Resources, Procurement
  • International projects in complex organizations
  • Transformation/ Re-organization
  • IT Implementation/ SAP Implementation
  • Project and Program planning, reporting, risk management
  • Consultancy
  • C-level management: communication skills, cooperation capabilities
  • Structured and high-level quality delivery
  • High experience in MS Office
  • Intercultural communication skills and experience
  • Languages:
  • English fluent, German would be an advantage
