Corporate Lawyer

Job requirements

Associate-level qualified business lawyer (i.e. admitted to the Bar), preferably the Bucharest Bar Association;
At least 2-3 years of experience after traineeship which means 4-5 years of overall experience of Bar admission;
Associate-level position or even senior associate-level position at previous work environment in real estate and construction;
Previous work should be at reputable law firm in Bucharest or in-house legal counsel for a real estate developer;
Good command of the English language and computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

Corporate housekeeping work, including drafting shareholders resolutions, implementing changes with the Trade Registry;
Drafting services agreements and other agreements connected with construction and real estate development, such as agreements supporting One United property management team and construction team;
Preparing notices to contractors and service providers;
Initiating debt collection prior to litigation (i.e. letters before action, engaging in legal correspondence, etc.);
Preparing other legal documents as may be required within One United legal department;
Active involvement with other departments in order to prepare execution versions of agreements.
