What You Will Do
As a Content Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with internal team members to support the marketing teams with their activity on the content marketing systems by understanding the client’s business and online marketing goals, gathering requirements, and providing guidance.
You will consult in setting up and maintaining successful marketing campaigns by combining web technologies and digital marketing platforms.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and web developers to optimize marketing and analytics capabilities;
- Act in an advisory capacity, consulting with key stakeholders to help drive decision making, feature development and improvements and establishing success criteria as related to the project KPIs;
- Provide trainings to marketing teams internationally in regards of the content marketing systems usage;
- Advise our marketing teams regarding the optimal use of the system’s functionalities and perform functionality activations;
- Validate implementation and debug and follow through issues until resolved;
- Identify and troubleshoot application issues.
- Previous experience in online content marketing systems or similar tools;
- Knowledge and expertise with at least one the following: JavaScript, HTML, CSS;
- Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and colleagues at all levels;
- Experience in software engineering principles, frameworks, technologies and standards;
- Experience working with different APIs for marketing channels with a good understanding of the architecture and differences between SOAP and REST APIs; experience using swagger / SOAPui / Postman or comparable tool would be a plus;
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
