Consulting Analyst

Team

Our Consulting team offers a unique combination of management consulting, primary market research and data analytics in the pharmaceutical industry. Key end-to-end innovative solutions include market entry strategy, portfolio optimization, commercial model redesign and stakeholder insights exploration. Majority of projects are based on our extensive internal and external databases with pharmaceutical data.

Based in Bucharest – Working regionally as part of the South East Consulting team.

Responsibilities

·         Performing quantitative and qualitative analyses and proposing solutions to client challenges in the pharmaceutical industry

·         Taking responsibility for creating models, reports, presentations and other client deliverables

·         Acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources

·         Presenting analysis result to members of the client team

Profile Requirements

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Positive team spirit with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Project management, time management and organizational skills
• Good commercial awareness/business judgment and an interest in the healthcare industry
• A strong motivation to thrive in a client-focused team environment

 Qualifications & Other requirements

• A minimum of an Undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record in economics/business
• 1 - 3 years of work experience after completion of undergraduate degree could be an advantage
• Analytics skills – knowledge of statistical tools preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Power point, Word and Excel
• Desirable but not mandatory: SPSS Knowledge
• Excellent conversational and business English
