We Are Looking For

Category Lead, Supply Chain Indirect RO&BG

(temporary – maternity coverage)

What You Will Be Accountable For

Obtaining the best quality-price ratio for all purchases above the internally agreed threshold, related to HR, Finance, Logistics, Fleet, IT, Facility Services, Capex & MRO and other Supply Chain departments.

Organizing and managing indirect category purchases in Romania to ensure the best total cost for the business.

Our Growth-focused Category Lead Will
  • Be able to identify and deliver the best purchase related solutions to the business;
  • Be able to put his/hers strategic thought forward;
  • Take action before being asked to avoid project’s bottle necks;
  • Be customer focused – starting and ending everything with the internal client and business in mind.


You Will Contribute To The Procurement Growth Through
  • Staying up to date with the market trends, prices, new suppliers, new products or solutions
  • Preparing and leading the vendor selection processes for purchases of 5000 EUR (excluting VAT) and above for Indirect category (Logistics, HR, Finance, Fleet, IT, Legal, Facility Services, Capex & MRO and other Supply Chain departments)
  • Following the budget and cost savings plan during the biddings;
  • Indentifying and negotiating the unit prices and purchase terms and conditions, together with the budget owner;
  • Ensuring that all purchase KPI’s are met: price, quality, payment terms, services, etc.;
  • Coordinating Procurement projects at country or region level; Preparing and implementing the annual procurement plan;
  • Evaluating the local and group vendors and ensuring they apply the Molson Coors principles;
  • Leading and managing his/her team.
  • Ensuring all targets are achieved (cost saving, cost avoidance, capex saving, working capital)

If you have the following…we want to hear from you!
  • University Degree – preferably Economics studies;
  • Professional Procurement experience of 7 years;
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Member of CIPS (The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) is an advantage;
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills to be able to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Ability to work with figures and drawing meaningful conclusions;
  • Strong analytical thinking to be able to resolve a variety of complex situations;
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point;
  • Fluent in English – both verbal & written;
  • Valid driver’s license.
