About The Team

The Business Intelligence Team, part of the ICT department, aims to enable the company to work efficiently and effectively. Our key focus is the digitalization of business processes and enabling the analysis of information to optimize decisions and manage performance.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will work with a team of talented and results oriented individuals and take part in the constant development and improvement of our internal productivity tools and your skills.

The position is focused on providing maintenance for internal productivity software solutions. As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible to help with management of software in the team`s umbrella, implementing requirements, providing training and support to users and meaningful insights through reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and administration (Dynamics, SharePoint, NAV, etc.)
  • Support for technical issues – first level of contact for end-users
  • Functional requirements analysis for internal product initiatives
  • System maintenance, user training and support
  • Reports and dashboard set-up and maintenance – using Power BI or other BI tools and built-in functionalities
  • Identify solutions that can be implemented using the role specific software, other Microsoft products (Flow, Power Apps) or implementation of other software.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years work experience, years relevant experience (working with business systems/reporting)
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and working with data
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI is a plus)
  • Microsoft Flow and Power Apps knowledge is a plus
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle conflicting demands
  • Good organizational and computer skills
  • Good time management and customer relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills;
  • Meticulousness and attentiveness to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
  • Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission vision and values.
