The role of Business Development Manager consists in the activity of promoting and selling the company's solutions and services, achieving sales targets through a mix of responsibilities: both prospecting and contracting new clients as well as maintaining relationships with current clients.

Responsabilities
  • Prospecting companies in the market, their specificity and the way they manage the human resources activities in terms of software;
  • Capitalizing on the leads received from marketing department and assigned by the Sales Manager;
  • Market prospecting in order to identify clients and their needs for increasing the efficiency of the management of human resources activities;
  • Customer approaching, developing and maintaining relationships with them, acquiring a more in-depth knowledge of companies and identifying the most suitable solutions for them;
  • Participates in post-sales and pursues the implementation of solutions;
  • Conducts presentations at marketing events and conferences;
  • Achieves the agreed sales target.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience (B2B, services and solutions / specialized software, preferably in the field of human resources);
  • Understanding the way ERP software works;
  • University degree;
  • Competencies and knowledge on market analysis, prospecting, customer approach;
  • Knowledge of English - at least medium level;
  • Ambition, focus on result, energy;
  • Skills in the field of business networking;
  • Integrity, honesty;
  • Effective communication (clear expression of ideas, effective support of a presentation, active assertion, empathy, assertiveness);
  • Driving license categ. B;
  • Travel availability in Bucharest (and in the country if it identifies opportunities).
